Delivery of a two-stage remediation program for the Digicel Headquarters at Elluk Plateau following the December 2024 earthquake, undertaking detailed seismic assessments (DSA) of three key buildings alongside geotechnical investigations to refine hazard zones and confirm slope instability. Using these findings, we designed the ground remediation solution and continue to support Digicel through procurement.

Following the 17 December 2024 earthquake in Port Vila, JF Consulting were engaged by a number of clients to undertake rapid assessments of commercial and residential owned and leased properties. These were undertaken within three weeks of the earthquake, demonstrating agility, technical expertise and attention to client needs.

Construction supervision and contract administration for Head of Mission residences for the Commonwealth of Australia Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Responsibilities included scoping, design, procurement, review of contractor documentation, site inspections, variation assessment, and certification of works.
